  • Gentle Soft Tissue Release (such as massage) and mobilisation of any tight, restricted parts of the body allowing you to become more relaxed and pain free.
  • Cranial-osteopathy treatment works primarily on the nervous system attempting to balance the over-stimulated parts which control the production and release of stress hormones (adrenalin, corticosteroids etc.). When the “dampening down” of these stress hormones occur you will automatically feel more at ease and less prone to feeling overwhelmed and super agitated.
  • Dietary and exercise Advice is also very helpful in the overall treatment plan. Lots of research has proven that having a healthier diet and doing even minimal amounts of exercise will lead to feeling and looking better helping to raise self-confidence and levels of resilience.
